Do you take insurance?

Yes. We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Ambetter of Arkansas, and AR Medicaid. We are in the process of credentialing with AR Medicare and UnitedHealthcare. Please check back for updates or contact us directly to discuss coverage options.

What if I don’t have insurance or prefer not to use it?

We offer private pay options for individuals and families who choose not to use insurance. This provides more flexibility and privacy in your care. A sliding fee scale is also available on a limited basis to help make therapy more affordable.

Do you see clients remotely?

We offer remote sessions for those living anywhere in the state of Arkansas (must have an AR address).

How do I know if my insurance will cover therapy?

We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm your mental health benefits, including:

  • Copayments or coinsurance
  • Deductibles
  • Number of sessions covered per year
  • Telehealth eligibility

We are happy to assist with verifying your benefits as part of our intake process.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • HSA/FSA cards
  • Secure online payments through our client portal

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee. This policy helps us offer appointment times to other clients in need.

Do you provide a Good Faith Estimate?

Yes. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, we provide all self-pay clients with a Good Faith Estimate that outlines the anticipated costs of services. You may request this at any time before your first session.
